Deepak Pareek - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Pareek is the Chief Operating Officer of IFIN and has been with IL&FS Group since 1998, his area of expertise span across finance, accountancy, operations, taxation, technology, Regulatory & statutory compliance and other related areas.He has been instrumental in setting up the internal control systems and procedures across IFIN Group. He is involved in all the transaction structuring and operationalizing the new business initiatives of IFIN. Mr. Pareek started his IL&FS career with the Finance and Accounts department of IL&FS later he had worked with the Executive Director (Finance) and Group Chief Financial Officer at IL&FS before taking over the responsibility as CFO of IFIN since its inception
Mr. Pareek holds a Bachelors degree of Commerce from University of Mumbai (India), an Associate membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an Associate member of The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and has completed the intermediate level of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India
