He currently oversees the Investment Banking activities of IFIN nationally in his capacity as Head - Investment Banking, IL&FS Financial Services LtdDuring his tenure, he has established the Investment Banking franchise of IL&FS across product segments including Fund and Non-Fund based businesses
In the Asset & Structured Finance sector, he has successfully sourced and closed several international and domestic funding transactions in the Corporate and Infrastructure sectors. He excels at Large Ticket Asset Financing transactions that involve complex structuring and optimum risk-return arbitrage
His other achievements include coming through with several Fee Based mandates in the areas of Debt Syndication (Indian & International), Private Equity and Advisory. He has handled transactions that include mandates from Surface Transport, Energy, Commodity, Hospitality, Construction, Real Estate and Services Sectors
He has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Calcutta University, with a specialization in Finance
