IGFSL ME is a wholly owned subsidiary of IL&FS Financial Services Limited, India, which is the flagship company of the IL&FS Group providing investment banking services in India and overseas. IL&FS Group is a leading player in infrastructure and financial services segments with its headquarters in Mumbai, India and with investments in key infrastructure projects worldwide

IGFSL ME has been set up in Dubai to increase business activities of IL&FS Group in the Middle Eastern and African regions. IGFSL, ME will principally engage in advising its clients in structuring financial transactions, raising funds for their projects in the form of debt, mezzanine capital and equity through loans, equity, private equity etc. and executing potential cross-border M&A opportunities

IGFSL ME is regulated by the Dubai Financial Service Authority (DFSA) and is licensed to carry out Category 4 regulated activities by the DFSA
